The fight will take place in a weird room with powerful technology...it will be a room with 3 floors, each floor on top of each other and divided into a tic-tac-toe board basically. You and the boss can change floors by hitting a button on each square of each floor to move up, or another to move down.

The final boss has 15,000 HP, is slightly resistant to all elements (takes ~10% less damage, takes 50% less damage from fire), takes half "damage" from life steal, health degeneration has half the effect (so 10 pips works as 5 pips now), and has 100 Armor.

At half health this boss may not be interrupted.

Skills:
Purging Flames: 3AT, 10RT. Target column is lit ablaze dealing 100 fire damage every second to the person in this column while they are in this column. This lasts for 5 seconds. (an effect will play in every square of this column while its being activated, the one that he targets)

Flame Wave: 2AT, 5RT. Shoot a circular flame wave out damaging anyone on this floor for 250 fire damage.

Lockout: 60RT. 1...4 columns are locked out and may not be used or moved into for 2 minutes. If a person is in a column when it gets locked out, they are teleported to the closest not locked out column. (The amount of columns locked out increases as this guys health goes down)

Curse of Undeath: 5AT, 60RT. All foes in this column, and adjacent to this column are hexed with Curse of Undeath for 60 seconds, count as Undead (holy damage does double) and 3 random Hex Spells are placed on them. (these are only PvP legal Hex Spells, and apply at 12 of whatever the attribute is)

Divergent Light: 3/4AT, 60RT. All foes in this column, and adjacent to this column take 50 Holy damage every second for 5 seconds. If this skill kills a person hexed with Curse of Undeath, they are warped to the Forgotten Zone. (the forgotten zone is a circular arena where destroyers appear out of the lava, and they must survive for 1 minute. If you die in the Forgotten Zone, you reappear in the boss room with 60% DP)

"Get Over Here!": 1AT, 60RT. All foes not on the same floor as you are teleported to the same floor as you. (they stay in the same column as they were, just in a different floor, ie if you were here on Floor 3: (you are X)

Summoning Destroyers: 5...1AT, 60...30AT. (AT and RT scales down as he takes damage). Spawn 5...25 Destroyers. (amount goes up as he takes damage)

The Force of the Great Destroyer: You become invinicible. (All health degen and hexes are removed) You gain +10 Health regen. This skill lasts until all Destroyers are destroyed. (this skill will only be used when he has less than 75% Health, and only after Summoning Destroyers)

EDIT: Oh and this guy looks badass like super tall cloaked destroyer guy not omg wtf.

15k hp , resistances, abnormally powerful skills and a shitload of destroyers. It's like I'm really playing WoW!
The only thing I like is that the bos would look badass.

I don't know what's the best part, that I was completely joking in this suggestion (and it still got signs), or that ArenaNet actually made a 15,000 HP boss.

I'll have to think on it.
